How Does It Work:  125 Points Earns You Certification! Points are earned in three phases
(completion of each phase is required in order to earn certification):
   1.  Your application can earn you up to 15 points
   2.  Your Coursework can earn you up to 95 points
   3.  Your Final Essay can earn you up to 25 points

 Points can be earned throughout the year:

•  Peer Group Conference
•  Webinar Training Series (once it is rolled out)

Once you have completed your certification, it is for life and does not require recertification. 

 How To Get Started:   Simply complete your application today to begin your certification program.  A one-time fee of $195.00 is due at the time of application and then you are fully enrolled.  Send your application and payment to HCI Attn: Tina Goeske, PO Box 363, Waupaca, WI 54981.  We will notify you of all educational opportunities during the year to continue to earn points.

Timeline To Get Certified:

Based on HCI’s calendar of educational opportunities, any banker can become certified in just one year.  However, if you can’t participate in all opportunities to earn credits, you have 3 years to complete Certification.

Upon Completion:

1.       You will receive a Certificate of CBCD Completion
2.       Your Senior Management will receive a letter explaining your accomplishments
3.       HCI will announce your certification to national banking and travel media
4.       HCI will prepare a press release for you to distribute to your local media
5.       You will be recognized publicly during the Annual Peer Group Conference
6.       You are eligible to use the CBCD initials following your name any time you use it professionally including at all HCI functions.
