Preferred Tour Operators
The Preferred Tour Operator (PTO) category of membership is unique and exclusive within HCI. We carefully select each PTO to ensure that they represent diverse products that our HCI bank club members will find attractive to purchase. HCI's PTOs understand the unique needs and expectations of our bank clubs and are very motivated to provide the highest level of service to our members. And, if you have 15 passengers travel with our PTOs, your club director membership dues will be waived.
Interested in becoming an HCI Preferred Tour Operator?
For a Tour Operator to be accepted into our current consortium and in order for HCI to provide adequate review, we ask that you submit a written request to become a Preferred Tour Operator. Within your request, please identify the unique characteristics of your company and program that will add variety to our offerings and distinguish you from our other PTOs – adding new value to our club directors’ choices for travel.
The timeline for these applications is as follows:

May 1 Submission deadline for application

July 31 Advisory Board meets to discuss requests

September 15 Tour Operator is notified of HCI decision

October 31 Tour Operator/Partner deadline to sign agreement if accepted
