We understand that attending the Peer Group Conference is a valuable experience for Bank Travel Club Directors. However, we also recognize that financial constraints can sometimes prevent deserving directors from joining us. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the Hosted Banker Program, designed to eliminate financial barriers and give more Bank Travel Club Directors the opportunity to attend our annual Peer Group Conference.
Thanks to the generous sponsorship of our Preferred Tour Operators (PTOs), we’re offering a limited number of fully or partially sponsored registrations for bank club directors. This program is specifically tailored to help new, returning, or potential Bank Travel Club Directors who are eager to grow their expertise, network with their peers, and bring more value to their bank and club members.
What is the Hosted Banker Program?
The Hosted Banker Program is an initiative designed to assist Bank Travel Club Directors by covering part or all of their Peer Group registration fees. The program provides an excellent opportunity for those directors who have faced financial limitations but are excited about learning, sharing ideas, and enhancing their bank’s travel club offerings.
Whether you’re new to Peer Group or a seasoned Bank Travel Club Director looking for support to attend, this program could be the gateway to an unforgettable conference experience.
Who Can Apply?
Our Hosted Banker Program is open to any Bank Travel Club Director, with special consideration given to first-time attendees or directors who have not attended Peer Group in the last two years. Whether you’re just getting started or have been running a club for years, this program is for those who see the value in attending Peer Group but need financial assistance to make it happen.

Interested in applying for the Hosted Banker Program? It’s easy! Just fill out the application form below, and our team will review your information to determine if you qualify. Selection will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, and we encourage you to apply early, as spots are limited!
Please note, final selections for the Hosted Banker Program will be made by Heritage Clubs staff, with the hope to expand the program in the future to accommodate even more directors.
