We have changed our pricing for this year's event to allow greater flexibility and management of your budget. As in the past, we invite all of our delegates to attend all four days, but for those of you who can't attend the entire time, you will notice that all the programming on Monday and Tuesday is for PTOs and Bankers. Partner programming begins at dinner on Tuesday and ends at lunch on Thursday.

The base registration fee is $1,250 and includes the BAM Appointments (guaranteed appointment with each banker who attends the conference) and one day of conference programming (key note speakers, education sessions), materials, meals (dinner on arrival, through lunch the next day). You may register for as many days as you wish - each extra day is only $75.00. Lodging is not included in these package prices.

If you would like to have HCI book your hotel stay at the Hyatt Place, just indicate this on the registration form. The room rate is $85+ 12% tax/night ($95.20) and you can stay for as many nights as you like.
We are providing complimentary airport transfers for Bankers at the days/times below. If your flight schedule matches this, we will be happy to arrange a ride for you between the Quad Cities airport (MLI) and the Hyatt Place Hotel in East Moline, Illinois. Just send us your flight itinerary once it is confirmed. It is a 15-minute drive from the airport to the hotel. Complimentary airport transfers are available on the following schedule:
Sunday, February 20 - All day Monday, February 21- Until 11:30 am Friday, February 25 - Until 11:30 am
If you will be participating on Monday, we invite you to take part in the Monday Sightseeing Tour. There is no charge for it, but you must register to participate. You will meet in the Hyatt Place lobby at 7:50 am on February 21, 2022. The tour departs at 8 am and returns at noon in time for the Opening Ceremonies and Lunch.

Please login prior to registering for Peer Group and select View Profile at the top of the page so you can ensure the information in your profile is correct. If anything needs to be changed, select Edit Profile, make the necessary updates and Save. When you do this, the information in the registration form will automatically populate with the correct information. If any information changes, just log back in and make the updates. This will ensure that the conference resource directory contains the most current information. You can also renew your membership while you're there. Just click the Renew button.
You must be a member in good standing to attend HCI events.
