2025 Peer Group Conference

February 24 - February 28, 2025
Hilton Garden Inn Sioux City, Iowa

The conference base fee is $995 for single occupancy ($795 per person for double) and includes 

• at least 8 educational programs surrounding bank, travel and leadership
• 1:1 business appointments with partners and PTOs
• banker to banker networking sessions
• during and after-hour networking opportunities
• all refreshment breaks
• all 4 nights of lodging
• All breakfasts, lunches and dinners included

Qualify for a rebate to reduce your final cost by $200:

1. register by 10/31/24
2. pay by 1/5/25
3. stay all 4 nights - Monday 2/24 - Thursday 2/27
4. keep all scheduled appointments* 

*Shared appointments only qualify for a single rebate

HCI will reserve your hotel rooms. Just provide the requested information in the on-line registration form. Your lodging for the 4 nights of the conference is included, but if you need to stay an extra night, we have a special rate of $119 plus tax/fees ($135.25) per night for our conference registrants.  

There is no programming scheduled for Friday, February 28th.  This is a travel day and most people check-out of the hotel and head home.  Check-out time is 12:00 noon.   

Please login prior to registering for Peer Group and select View Profile at the top of the page so you can ensure the information in your profile is correct.  If anything needs to be changed, select Edit Profile, make the necessary updates and Save.  When you do this, the information in the registration form will automatically populate with the correct information.  If any information changes, just log back in and make the updates.  This will ensure that the conference resource directory contains the most current information.

PRE- CONFERENCE FAMILIARIZATION TRIP INFORMATION:

For Peer Group 2025, we're excited to offer a pre-conference familiarization (pre-fam) trip from February 21-23. As we put the finishing touches on the itinerary, we want to remind you that spaces for this experience are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration details for the pre-fam will be shared separately from the main conference registration. To ensure an orderly process, invitations to register for the pre-fam will be sent out in the order that participants registered for the conference. We recommend signing up for the conference as soon as possible but not finalizing your travel arrangements until you have successfully registered for the pre-fam and received all pertinent details. This ensures that your experience is seamless and fully aligned with the schedule we are crafting for you.
