2023 HCI Peer Group Conference 

WELCOME TO PEER GROUP 2023 - LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA - FEBRUARY 27 - MARCH 3

We are excited to be back in Lafayette!  Although most of you probably don't remember, this is the second Peer Group where this wonderful city has hosted the HCI conference.  The first time was back in 2009, and we are thrilled to have so many of you here with us for your first time.  By the time you leave here, you'll be itching to bring your club members back for a rare taste of the genuine Acadian experience in this delightful city.

We have another tremendous conference planned for you this year.  In response to our bankers' feedback, we have added several peer-to-peer share sessions to the schedule.  These will give you a chance to share ideas and solutions to the problem of engaging more of your members in your travel program.  Our keynote speaker on Thursday will have you feeling confident on stage with her "Effective Public Speaking" session. We also have full days of PTO showcases and business appointments - with a whole lot of fun in between. 

While we will be staying at the Home2 Suites by Hilton, most of the conference activities will take place at Le Pavillon event center just across the way.  True to the rich history of Lafayette, this exquisite venue features French architecture and elegant antique decor.  It will be a lovely space for us to spend our time together.

Whether this is your first or your fourteenth time at Peer Group, we invite you to get acquainted with one another and settle in for four full, mind-expanding days of work, fun and education - Business and Bon Temps - in Lafayette.
